Dreams to reality

What comes in my mind when it comes to steel buildings are the high rise sky scraper in Makati. Condominiums are also a trend nowadays. My sister A purchased a condo place somewhere in Makati few years ago and didn't know until now. My other two sisters M and Zj were glad she did because their work place is somewhere in Makati and South area and they plan to live there. That will happen this year. Another accomplishment. Feels good when everything falls into place right. Next project--Condo in Tagaytay hahaha. Thank You Lord for all the blessings. We are grateful everyday. Time to make our dreams into a reality!

Pamper-ness

Hubby's been complaining about his back pains and getting worse. We've gone back and fort to the clinic to see the doctor. I don't want any more bad news but the doctor will see us again tomorrow. I feel so stressed about it. From where we are right now, stress is the least I need. After all this, I'm planning to get a whole body massage, spa treatment complete with those spa covers, plus manicure/pedicure and finish with hair treatment--rebond, highlights and hair cut. Yes! That's what I want. I'll do it in 2 weeks. Let's see...

Kiddo even helped gave out loot bags to the orphans. I'm looking forward for more charity work with the kiddo in the future =)

Life's a beach

Our trip to the beach yesterday really took the stress away. We had a nice time with the family and kids. Did nothing but relax, eat, sleep, and spend time in the sand and salty water. Montemar is the place to be. Life's a beach!

Diet

Last time I jogged was a week ago and I feel bad about it because I plan to join a local race in May and I really need to practice. But the heat here will probably make me more sicker because I am already sick. I found another diet pill on line and I still need to find out more about the side effects. But nothing beats the old fashion way to getting slimmer--exercise and diet all the way.

Chat via messenger

We never fail to talk to MIL in the US because she always misses the kiddo. She sometimes calls on the phone and sometime we use voice messenger when Internet is available. I suggestion her to use vonage for voip service but she's not that technical and might need a lot of vonage help. So for the meantime, we'll probably use the old way to voice chat using the messenger until she's technically ready.

Happy Birthday!

If I could give one person a lifetime achievement trophy, it'll be no one else but my mother. She had done what every parent would do to their children and she exceeded in every criteria. She raised all 6 of us and look at us now...

Happy Birthday to the GREATEST MOM in the world!
... my mamsie.

God Bless.

Separate trips

One of the things I love to do is going to the grocery store. I love to browse and check on ingredients especially the imported ones. I'm a frustrated chef by heart and sometimes I pretend to cook like pro in the kitchen. But I do grocery trips alone because I know the hubby would not appreciate it. Just like he does. When he goes to the hardware store, he goes alone. I remembered I went with him and I got bored. All I saw was tools, diamond blades, ladders, gardening stuff and more that I don't how to use hahaha. So I guess our separate trips gives us more time to be ourselves and that's good.

Grade 1... bring it on!

She's the reason why I'm strong, even though I'm weak.
The reason why I'm breathing, working, praying, eating, sleeping...
She is our life and we thank GOD everyday for her.

Congratulations kiddo! You got the whole world ahead of it. Keep it up!

Gift for mom

It's my mom's birthday in a couple of days and I wanted to give her something special but only Gifts under $100, because I'm on a tight budget. She posted a picture on our group on facebook and she really love to get the watch. Unfortunately, it's a Php4k worth watch and I cannot afford it. So I've ask help from my sisters so we can all get it for her. I know I'm not a watch-person but through the years, I learn to love and collect them. I'm on my second watch now, and I plan to collect more myself.

Hard labor

I'm currently into watching National Geographic and Discovery channels lately. One of my favorites are Crash Test Investigation and Seconds from Disaster. And recently, I watched Gold rush on Discovery channel and I amazed how much gold bullion they get from simply digging. Well, I know it's not easy to dig but I'm just blown-out how they do it. Stuck in the mountain for several months, away from the family. Some guys been working there all their lives. Now that's what I call hard labor.

Target month: April

My called me the other day and told me about this chaise lounge chair the she saw in the local mall. She plans to purchase one for the townhouse. She plans to put it on the 3rd floor, where our play-movie area is going to be. But I told her to just canvass and check things that we need, but don't purchase yet until we get all our stuff in the new house. Because I know we already have more stuff now and getting more will just add up to what we have now. Anyway, April is our target month so hopefully everything is go smoothly.
