fractional ownership

Sometimes I get fed up of the climate here. Since we have a tropical weather, we only experience rain and shine. I wonder does snow feels like. And it would a mashing if we can have of those vacation spots near the mountains, where the weather is cold and view is spectacular. I have that somewhere in the mountains of Colorado, they have a fractional ownership. Wherein you can own a fraction of the luxury home. Now that would be a hit.
