In 1976 Keith Relf, who used to play for The Yardbirds, was electrocuted by his guitar while playing in his basement. During a mid-performance in 1994 Ramon Barrero, a Mexican musician famous for playing the world’s smallest harmonica,

inhaled the harmonica and choked to death.

Full time

My sister texted me yesterday and told me that her friend was looking for a band to play in Libis area. Too bad I'm not full-time anymore and some of my friends are pursuing a music career outside the country. Bands here are not paid high that's why they look for a career elsewhere. Some musician stay and play on their own. Like the solo and duo type group, to which they use synthesizer and midi interface musicians friend attached to the keyboard, so they can still have a full band sound with less people. If only they pay musicians high, I'd still be in the music industry full-time.

Bag talk

I am not a fan of leather but ever since I got this black leather bag from my mother-in-law, I never want to purchase another synthetic or plastic ones again. I know I'm not a bag person. I only have like 2-3 bags of different kinds, like this shoulder bag I'm currently using for work. Then I have a mailman bag for family days, and going out with the kiddo, because mailman bags would make me hands-free with my stuff. And of course, a big bag for outing and vacation purposes. Then I had this crazy idea that I'd get another leather bag. Plus get myself into reading materials online on how to repair leather especially for bags. I might needed some help someday right. Anyway, I haven't decided where to get one but I'm planning to get it on my birthday next year. Yup! No rush at all.

Before I was satisfied with the conventional television that we have in Bulacan. Me and the kiddo would lay back in front of the TV and watch.. and we can do it all day hehehe.

~ New Year's eve 2010 ~

Now we are lucky to have a flat screen mounts in our own bedroom in Congre. Which reminds me.... I should take photos of our room and so I can track the progress of the interior. Anyway, my dad also install a couple more flat screen wall mounted in the master's bedroom, living room and the movie room. Now everybody's excited to go home hahaha.
