TGIF

Here's another reason to be thankful today... we'll be going to Eastwood later today to meet with a good friend and spend time with her and the rest of our high school friends which we haven't seen for so many years. I can't wait! Then me and my band mates will be making music this weekend. It's good to be on track on again despite my busy schedule. Pictures to come. Have a great weekend to all!

Movers

I was able to chat with my mother in law the other day and I was surprised to know that they already moved. It seems yesterday that there were in their old house and now they are enjoying the new house they got. In here, moving from house to house is a lot of work. Sometimes it takes days to completely migrate all the personal things and furniture from one place to another. Maybe not for mover NYC where moving is as easy as 1,2,3.

Melbourne Cup

I was able to grab a conversation with my cousin the other day and he told me about their plan to migrate in Australia. His wife has few relatives there and they plan and agree to start a new life there. And I think it's a great decision. I know a lot of friends that's already residing and has a good life in the country. They have plenty of opportunities for young and professional like my cousin, great cultures, and tons of hobbies like golf, tennis or horse racing like the Melbourne Cup. I hope they make it there.

Sad news

I've been watching new on TV these past few days and I am not happy with all the bad news I'm hearing. First, is the war in Mindanao. Innocent people, particularly women and children, were killed with no reason at all. Then there's this call center supervisor who was killed in the taxi on the way home. Very scary. Then yesterday, I've read on the local newspaper about a retired public school teacher was deprived from her pension in GSIS. Then another teacher got a housing loan few years back, but the interest was so high that they cannot afford to pay until they literally took the house from her. Wait, there's more, according to the news, GSIS did not gave her pension because of her enormous debt to GSIS. I'm deeply hurt by this. I mean, who wants to settle down in a country where there's no good retirement program, right? That's why me and husband are decided to move out of the country... soon. I pray that our papers will push through.

Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to my dear sister! My Rugged doll duo, Zitros' guitarist and Marry Me Amy's drummer (hahaha dami nating banda, akala mo malufet...) I miss the times when we would setup our music instruments and would play and sing until 1AM. She would force me to memorize the lyrics and make me sing her compositions. If there's one wish I want to come true--that wish would be--for her making it in the Music industry. She has such great talent as a composer. I admit that I'm having a hard time making my own music, but once she started a piece, I discovered that I could finish it.

Now that she's in Dubai pursuing her professional career, I know that she can make her dream come true. And that Zitrobellez will always be here to support her.

Happy Birthday sis! We miss and love you... Kita-kitz sa December waaaahh!

home business

Lately, we've been thinking of owing a business of our own. Currently, both of us are employed to a company which is giving a decent pay for us to survive but we thought--for how long? We both thought we'll grow old someday and will no longer be able to do the things we're doing right now. For that, we need constant income to span a longer period of time. And we're thinking that we put up a home business. If we get lucky, the business could grow and grow until our children would take over.

Do you buy or pay for ...?

Small Business Loans

Small business financing is the great way to put the business on track. Just like everybody I know, I want to put up my own business because I want to be my own boss and be able to manager my time and work. Getting the business the right track is far more hard work. And to do it is by getting a small business loan. Through small business loans, this will save the business from sudden mistakes and errors, which we hope we can prevent of course. Good thing, options like this are available to everyone who wants to start a new business.

dansko

Lately, I've been searching for the right footwear for the hubby. Because of his work, he needs durable shoes that will last at least longer then usual. Unfortunately, we haven't found that pair of shoes yet. His work requires him to walk and carry stuff around the office. And most of his shoes wore out easily. Recently, I found dansko online which we are eager to try for his work. The hubby even liked the simple design they offer.

pharmaceutical companies

JNJ has a vast line of consumer products has been a mother's best friend when it comes to taking care of our babies. With these vast line of products, our lives became easier and easier everyday. As a mother, I want only the best for my daughter and I believe that JNJ can give that care I wanted for my child. I discovered that not only JNJ has a lot of new consumer products in the market, they also focus on pharmaceutical companies, which focuses on offering medicines on that treat cancer, HIV/AIDS and bacterial infections to schizophrenia, epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. JNJ's goal not only goes to each child's home but also to all the community around us.

TGIF @ 8.8.8

~ shabby-shabby, my niece @ 9 months ~

TGIF today! And there's so many things to be thankful. First it's my niece, Wilisa and she's already 9 months. This baby is such a cutie! She's kinda chubby that's we call her shabby-shabby. We just can't wait for her to grow up.

The hubby also got a package from my MIL and it's all for the little angel. Yup, we got new dress, shirts, and skirt! The little angel loves it.

It's also Amandine's Birthday tomorrow (Little Angel's cousin) and we just can't wait to see her. The little angel's been asking for her cousin these part few days because we haven't seen them for two weeks. And on Sunday, we'll attend another first birthday. Oh I just love kiddie parties.

Today's 08.08.08. All I know is that 8 is a lucky number for Chinese and that's about it. I'm not into lucky tradition and all that jazz because I know I'm already lucky to have a family with my little angel in my arms.

We are lucky enough to be well, healthy and alive! Enjoy your weekend.

GrabThatMoolah.com

There's another way to make money online and I'm sharing it to all. This is a little different from the usual paid ops that we're doing. Just sign up on GrabThatMoolah.com and see what it can offer. They offer commission wide and deep, and also the automated Internet marketing site that gets the job done for you while you earn at same time. We heard a great deal about it from forums that people are really earning a lot from it. There's even one guy who resigned from his work and currently active on this online marketing strategy. Now, what are you waiting for? It's time to grab that moolah now!

weight loss pills

I chatted with my friend the other day and we talked about weight loss pills that are starting to make their way to the market. Products like these are already available to people to wants to loss weight in the process. The only things that we are concern is if these are safe and effective. Since the ads are convincing, me and my friend might try it one of these days. Let's cross our fingers.

Slim down

At this stage of my life, I really need to slim down. After my pregnancy two years ago, I haven't been back to my old slim self again. And I'm starting to get frustrated sometimes. It was hard to accept but as time goes by, I learned to accept that fact but as I looked in the mirror, I am more determine to, again, work out and slim down. There are lots of weight loss remedy out there but then I found Anoretix online. I'm starting to think if I will try it because 22 pounds in a month, that sounds convincing.

Imagination

Sometimes, I imagine what it feels likes to have my own big dream house. I would assume that I would have everything that I wanted. I big garage with cars, big kitchen, fancy living room, bedroom with a great view and not to mention a home theater for myself complete with a big screen tv, theater seat and even home theater carpet. I'll keep dreaming...

Little angel's favorite toy is not actually a toy but a dvd movie. Since she's crazy on watching movies nowadays, I bought several Disney dvds for her to watch and she loved it. But the most watched movie of all is 'The Little Mermaid'. She's crazy about it. She can name the characters, tell you her favorite scenes and she even laughs when the seagull talks about the 'dinggle hopper' to Ariel LOL.

It rained, it was traffic and then I was late for work but it's okay because it's TGIF. That means, more time to sleep, more time to lounge around the house with the little angel. I can't wait to get home! Be safe everyone!
