This is it

I've been striving for months on my diet routine. Cutting down on the carbs, 100 sit-ups a day, more fiber intake and recently I've started to take xenical again. I used to take this before but stopped because it's too expensive for me during that time. But since I'm cutting down carbs, xenical would be a great help. I still need to do the exercise routine - how to lose belly fat program I saw on the Internet. My goal is reach 120lbs by December. Crossing my fingers.
