Panic attack

I know I've been eating regular again and it really doesn't help at all. I need to go back to my diet routine and exercise fast. We have a family wedding to attend to plus summer is fast approaching! And starting to feel that panic attack because I'm not sure if I can do it in 3 months. If only I have those foods that burn fat, it'll really help me to get back in shape.
