Remembering our Papang

Today, we salute a great man that passed away a year ago. He was role model to all of us. He came from a poor family and earned his way until he finished his school with flying colors. He was able to provide shelter, food and education to his family up until to his grand children. His passing was painful but yet it's nature's calling that he needs to rest. As we remember his achievements, lessons, precious moments and reputable image--we are all happy that he is now at peace. His ways will always be alive in our hearts.

As I browse my multiply account, I noticed that my sister S wrote an entry too. You see, she was the one who left for Dubai the same day our grand father passed away a year old. Here's her side of the story... *Remembering Papang...*

He was the salutatorian in his class when he gradruated Accounting in Jose Rizal and ranked 3rd placer in the over all CPA (Certified Public Accountant) board examination. He was friends with the late +Go Kim Pah and was one of the co-founder of Equitable Bank. He served the Go family for 56 long years.
