~ One of the best things about the Christmas season is eating out. ~

Goji juice

There's a lot of nutrition drinks that are coming out in the market lately and sometimes, I don't know which one to choose. Of course for me, I prefer the low fat, low carb nutrition drink with anti-oxidants and all that good stuff put together in one drink. Then my uncle said to try the goji juice. I search the web for this and found good stuff about it. Not only it has anti-oxidants, it also has Zeaxanthin for good eye health, which I don't this in most of the drinks I tried. The goji berries are very good to our health that's why they mass produced it. I can't wait to try this.

Sports

We have a mini Olympic activity in the office wherein we can participate and enjoy sports that we like. And I say, some of the participants in the office are actually good. I like to join the badminton competition because it looks like fun plus I can get my work out during and on the game itself. But I was thinking of swimming because I've joined our team when I was still studying and the sport is somewhat familiar to me. Good news, our team actually won the basketball tournament and everybody's talking about it in the office. I wonder where they ordered those basketball trophies because it really looks great.

Weight loss

Christmas is definitely coming around because it's just less than 3 days to go and I am very excited. I'm finished with my Christmas shopping, except for 3 more gifts and then I'm going to wrap them up later. There's so many things to during this time of the year. Not to mention my FIL's birthday on the 24th so everybody's going to be here. Me and the SIL plans to several meals for that day and I hope it's enough for everybody. And speaking of food, I might need to take Leptovox to loose these extra Christmas pounds I gained.

Dining out

Wednesday - Me and my superfriends had a mini-Christmas party. Movie, dine-in, talking, chatting, more laughing and gift giving is what we did. It was indeed a night to remember. Especially for me when I asked them to open their present all at the same time. I was able to capture this kodak moment.

Then Friday, zitrobellez ate out at Conti's in TriNoMa because it was my mom and dad's Wedding Anniversary. We had a delicious meal that night.

Shopping on-going

Yes, I'm a little bit late with my Christmas shopping but I'm still glad I have time for it. I finally bought half of the items I need and I still need to wrap them all up. My schedule is full for this week and I'm finally feeling the Christmas air. It's the bazaar's last day tomorrow and I plan to go there for my last minute shopping. I have a big day tomorrow and I plan the traffic would not get in the way.

best gift

I finished some Christmas shopping this afternoon and I still haven't got anything for my parents. It's so hard to get them gifts because I always want the best for them. And sometimes, simple gifts is just not enough. It's my dream to give my parents their dream vacation. It may be somewhere abroad like Las Vegas which includes las vegas suites for them to stay in. How I would love for them go. I think that's the best gift I'll be able to give my parents.

Two major reasons to be thankful today...

Number One: Wabshaq booth is doing great at the 8th Bazaar festival, World Trade Center. Aimz and I went there last Wednesday. We had so much modeling the said booth hahaha. I was able to shop presents for my sisters there and I bought 2 casual dresses.

Christmas is fast approaching and my sister invited to play in their Christmas party celebration. My sister and I would be getting together these past few weeks because we need to prepare our intermission number and we plan to include instrumental music to ease the audience.

tire chains

I just finished the Twilight saga novels the other day. And it was a relief to put down all four books and finally know the ending part. But on all books, I really love the first one because the author focused on the main characters and that's it. I remembered a part scene where the father put tire chains on his daughter's truck because it was snowing. I was not able to picture out what tire chains were until now.

sunglasses

I've been bugging my sister about the sunglasses that she bought couple of months ago. I have to say, I don't have a good taste when it comes to sunglasses but I really liked the one she bought from a local mall somewhere near my parent's house. I've been asking for it but unfortunately, she won't let it go hahaha. So I've decided to just let it pass and move on. That's why I've been browsing Wayfarer sunglasses to check if anything I like there.

I started to get serious ever since I teamed up with my current band mates. We would do band rehearsals twice every week. We are required to complete ten songs at most and we are currently on our sixth song right now. Our band manager also told us to trim down and loose weight. Since I'm a working mom, I don't have the luxury of time to go to gym so I plan to get the best diet pills. Well, not only the best but the diet pills that work. I know there a lot of brands out there so I plan to visit diet pill reviews and check real reviews from people who actually used the product.

Supplies

Since I'm earning even when I'm home, I plan to put up a mini home office near the living room. It will definitely make a difference since I do my assignments anywhere in the house--mostly in the bedroom. If I get to set-up a nice table and some office supplies, I would really feel that I'm working at home and not lounging on some places in the house that I don't want to spend the whole day with.

Extra for my digital camera

Everybody knows I love to take pictures of anything especially when we are on a trip. The last out of town trip we had is that I need to bring my laptop to store first the pictures so that I could use again the flash memory in my digital camera. This Christmas, I plan to buy an extra flash memory and battery for my camera so that I could enjoy taking pictures and not worrying if I'll run out of space.

sleep in

My mom kept complaining that their master bed is old and weary. I suggested to check the local mall and see if there's anything that she liked for their bedroom. She said, there's the usual stuff like furnitures and all but none caught her interest. I was thinking that they need something different. Then I saw sleep number bed online where the bed turns to a comfortable slanted chair which is perfect for my dad. I need to tell this to my mom because she might like it for their bedroom and for my dad too.

gift ideas

I just finished my list for this Christmas and I'm surprised how many people I'm going to give this season. I listed gift ideas against their names on my list but some of them still doesn't have any. I'm beginning to worry that I may not have anything to give because I'm running our of ideas already. My sister suggested to give Christian videos instead of other things, which I think is an excellent idea. I hope I could snatch a copy or two.

I love shopping! Now that Christmas is fast approaching, multiple best buy and sale are now available left and right. Me and my mom would spend endless hours at the mall and other event center. Shopping is what we enjoy the most. We could bond plus enjoy our time together. I can't wait for our shopping spree. I may even invite my best friend to come along.

Family first

A lot of my friends encourage me to apply and work abroad but the idea of leaving my daughter terrifies me. That's why I'm still here and hands-on to my child. Yes, it would be practical for me to go there but family relationship will be at risk. I don't want my daughter to grow up without the presence of her mother. I simply cannot afford to loose my daughter just because I want to work far away. Me and husband always thinks of our family first that's why we never forget to get family health insurance.

Sports Clothing - Where? When?

Good week

Yes, it's a good week for me. Even though I have runny-nose, it did not stop me to go to work and attend band practice yesterday. After one month, we finally rehearsed and I enjoyed it because of my white fender and of course, we get to recall the songs and play two new pieces. We really need to record a demo so hopefully we could polish the songs next week. I'm excited!

~ So far, it's Anawangin and Paradise Island. But I would like to go to Boracay.
2. Where’s your favorite place to spend money?
~ Malls--I love the Christmas and sale rush; Divi/168--the thrill of going there with my mom and shop until we drop and on-line store on the Internet. I get the freedom to choose and shop at the comfort of my own home. Just like today, I saw english saddles online.

~ At the beach. It's so nice to see people enjoy and relax with their loved-ones.

~ At home.

No WW

Yeah, no WW yesterday because we had band rehearsals after my shift and I went home at my parents house. Plus I slept so late that my eyes was literally closing last night in the office. Speaking of sleeping... have to sleep now.

Since we are living in a fast paced environment, that's why we always find ways to make thing easier and simpler. Example are the ready to cook foods, washing machines, dish washer and many more. I remember, my dad even told me that a car is now a necessity and not a luxury anymore. Almost everybody owns a car these days. And I heard from my sister that her MIL bought another car the other. I hope they check car insurance companies, which is very important when purchasing a car.

I log on to twitter everyday and read my friends' conversation regarding digital scrapbook. I always admire their works and ideas. I even thought of getting into the said hobby as my friends but I never did learn and familiarize with the application. The whole idea is sometimes complicated and I wonder how do they do it. So since I can't do digital scrapping, I might as well try the real thing--scrapbooking. I have a big scrapbook here to start with and I'm very excited.

Puerto Galera

Even though I was stung by a jelly fish in our second day trip to Puerto Galera, I never had regrets. Because time spent with my family and friends is the most important to me. Through the years, we've grown older and not to mention bigger too but the friendship is still there. We were thinking of shredding the fats and lose weight but the picture obviously tells me that we don't need it. We are beautiful inside and out. More picture *here* and *here*

We love popcorn

Popcorn has been my favorite snack ever since. Movie time is not the same without it. I will surely make a big bowl of this delightful snack with a refreshing drink during movie night and my daughter had learned to love it as well. She sometimes asks me to make some once in a while. And just the other day, me and the husband decided to watch a movie in the nearby mall and of course, I husband bought me a popcorn gift basket, because he knows the movie is worth watching without my favorite snack. We even brought some for the little angel.

Trick or Treat!

Yesterday we went to TriNoMa for the Kid's trick or treat activity. The mall was packed with so many kids and their moms, and good thing we arrived early so we were one of the first in line to get the loot bags. So what's our costume? Angel again. Just like last year. I just bought a pair of wings and a headband the other day to complete the attire.

When we were in line to get the loot bags, I saw Anne--HS batch mate and her son, Dywn. So I quickly got 2 loot bags for the two kids. Oh boy, Dywn looks very cute and pogi with his Pikachu costume.

When I checked the time, I was surprised because we were already walking for two straight hours. I gave up 30 minutes later because my feet hurts and we were starving. We had lunch at Pizza hut because they have fries (for the kids) and pizza (for moms) hahaha. What a perfect time to bond and talk about the joys of being a mother.

I liked to stay and join Anne but my mom, dad and sister were calling me because we were suppose to meet them at Blue wave after lunch. We bid our goodbyes and ran at the MRT station to get to Taft Ave. We spend the afternoon at my sister's house and they accompanied me to the manghihilot (lola). I feel much better now. Happy Halloween!

Here's one of the rehearsal gig we had last week. I was invited to play with this group for the upcoming "Battle for a Cause" on November 8. Yes, we're going to a trick or treat activity tomorrow and I'm so excited because it's our first time to join. I have our things all set and ready to go for tomorrow. I'm sure it's going to be fun day tomorrow.

Renovation

Lately, my husband and I had talking on how to improve our bedroom. I know the floor needs major construction. And we thought of finishing it before January next year because hubby's mother will be coming home. And it's her first time to meet my little angel. I know it's going to be exciting that's we're thinking of making the house look more presentable. And we might consider replacing the door hardware on all the doors in the house to complete the set.

I'm very excited today and I can't wait till the day ends because we are going to the beach tomorrow. I'm very excited because we're going to bring the little angel again. I just started packing yesterday and the little angel has 3 bathing suits so it's hard what swimsuit to bring. I might bring the one with the floater because we're going to ride a boat to get to the island. So expect more and more pictures next week. Enjoy your weekend everyone!

acne treatment

I've dealing with acne ever since I got my period until now. And I think I've tried all the remedy I can think of. I get advise from friends on what to use like facial wash and creams. And I even get suggestions on what not to eat, like peanuts and other oily foods. But whatever I do, it's the same. That's why I envy people who has good skin. I wonder how I get the same complexion. Now, I'm thinking of getting into acne treatment. I've read good reviews about it and some celebrities use it and why not me right.

I was checking some new stuff on the Internet yesterday because my MIL will come and visit us early next year. I was browsing for things to buy so I could ship them to my MIL's house. I wanted to buy gadgets but most of them are available here. So I focused on the things that we need. I was interested with the new crocs designs for me and hubby. And also the famous chuck taylor. I plan to get the high cut for us. Since I was browsing a lot yesterday, my eye caught Bob stroller. I was impressed with the sleek and modern design of the stroller. Hope I can get one those in the future.
